Child safety standards

Last updated: March 28, 2026

IV Missed (the website at ivmissed.com and the IV Missed mobile application, together the “Service”) is committed to combating child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our published standards, how users can report concerns, and how to reach our designated contact for child-safety and CSAM-prevention matters.

1. Zero tolerance

CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited on the Service. We do not allow content, conduct, or communications that sexualize minors, facilitate harm to children, or otherwise violate applicable child-safety laws. Violations may result in immediate removal of content, termination of access, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

Without limitation, the following are prohibited:

3. Enforcement and moderation

We enforce these standards through technical and operational measures appropriate to the Service, including moderation workflows, user reporting, account actions, and cooperation with law enforcement and trusted safety partners when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the public.

4. Reporting child safety concerns

In the IV Missed app: Users can report child safety concerns through the in-app reporting flows (for example, reporting a post or conversation). Please choose the reporting option that best describes the issue and include any details that will help us respond quickly.

By email: You may also contact our designated child safety point of contact using the address below. We take these reports seriously and will review them as soon as reasonably practicable.

Designated child safety contact

Email: contact@email.ivmissed.com

This contact is able to discuss IV Missed’s CSAM prevention practices, enforcement of these standards, and compliance with applicable reporting obligations.

5. Legal compliance and authority reporting

IV Missed complies with applicable child-safety and reporting laws, including requirements to report apparent CSAM to national and regional authorities where the law requires. We cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities when legally obligated or when necessary to protect children and users.

6. Age-appropriate use

The Service is intended for adults and college-age users in line with our Terms of Service. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Service, please contact us at the address above.

7. Changes to this page

We may update these standards to reflect changes in law, best practices, or product features. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised standards to the extent applicable.
