You opened the door for me when my hands were too full with lemongrass to grab the handles. I stood beloved by someone who I hadn’t even met. You, your stubby facial hair, and that green button up gave me an overwhelming feeling that I didn’t know what to do with. You sat at my table, right as I was going to tell my friend about you. I wanted to say hi, ask for your number, get to know you on a personal level, but my lips stayed together and no futher interaction was had. I can only hope to see you again, but until then I’ll be looking forward to the idea of what we could have been.
