I don't remember when it was, but there's a freshman (I think?) in Porter with curly blonde hair and they're very shy and quiet, but they always wear really cute elaborate pastel dresses and matching boots (and often a matching stuffed creature of some kind). I love seeing them around campus and I always think "Omg it's the cute pastel person!!"
